"I am not sure there are kind enough words to say about our experience with Clay and Premier Horse Property. If you are looking for just the right place or have specific 'must-haves,' Clay will go out of his way to find that perfect place for you. The amount of effort, time, and knowledge he put in for us was outstanding. He is a picture of the ol' time cowboy, where his word is gold and is honest as the day is long. He worked extra hard to help us sort out our irrigation and all the details that it entailed, which was a big help to us. If you are looking to buy any size horse/ranch property in WY, give him a call, and we have no doubt that he will work like crazy to find you the place of your dreams!! Thank you again, Clay, for helping us find our new Ranch."
