Roughly 21 acres was reseeded into a grass alfalfa mix in 2023 and an additional 23 acres in 2024. It has been leveled and is irrigated by concrete ditch and dirt ditch. An appropriate number of ditches allow for even water distribution. Water is serviced through Riverton Valley Irrigation District.
Area
The Webbwood Estate is located along Webbwood Road and just under a half mile from Federal Avenue. Webbwood and Federal create one of Riverton’s most active intersections.
