PRICE REDUCED!Lot with boathouse on one of the best fishing coves on Poverty Point Reservoir. The lake is renowned for the excellent Sac-a-Lait ( White Perch to you non-Cajuns) fishing. Bass abound also as well as catfish and bream. It is my understanding that the Lake record Bass was caught a few weeks ago, which weighed in at 12+ lbs. This agent actually saw the bass as it was caught about 150 yards behind the boathouse. The boathouse is built over the water and has a small boat lift. The house has 2 rooms with air, no bath. There is a covered area with 2 shuttered openings for sheltered fishing in any weather. Purchase before the bite really cranks up in Late February through April/ into May to take advantage of the fishing when the Sac-a-Lait move in right off the bank. HOA building restrictions apply. Copy supplied upon request.
